How do I make a dinosaur?
Swipe the head, the body or the legs left or right. Each part moves on its own, so any head can meet any body and any legs. The arms, legs and tail take on the skin colour of the head, and every dinosaur gets its own silly name, shown under the picture.
What does the egg do?
Tap the speckled egg in the bottom left corner of the picture. It wobbles, cracks and hatches a surprise dinosaur with a new head, body and legs, with a little crack and a tiny roar. The egg sounds are short and quiet; they follow the device volume.
How do I change the background?
Tap the square sticker button in the top right corner of the picture to switch between three colours or one colour, with dots or plain. The app remembers your choice.
Where are saved pictures?
On iPhone and iPad, Save adds the picture to Photos after permission is granted. If saving is denied, review the Photos permission of Dinosaurs in iOS Settings. On supported Android devices, Save adds the picture to the Pictures/Lunamix Dinosaurs collection. The app does not scan or read other pictures on the device.
How do I turn music on or off?
Tap the green music-note button in the top right. Music starts off, plays three original tunes in turn and stops when the app goes into the background.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The game, the music and the sounds are bundled in the app, and the app makes no network connections. A sharing destination may need one.
Are there extra purchases?
No. One upfront purchase includes all 150 parts. There are no ads, subscriptions, locked packs or in-app purchases.
Why does a question appear?
Save, Share and Parents ask a grown-up to answer a multiplication question.
Why does the phone stay upright?
The dinosaurs are tall, so on phones the app stays in portrait to keep them large. On iPad and Android tablets you can rotate freely.
Does the app collect data?
No. Lunamix Dinosaurs collects no data and shares no data. It has no ads, no in-app purchases, no accounts and no analytics, and it makes no network connections. On Android it requests no permissions; on iPhone and iPad it asks only to add a picture to Photos when a grown-up chooses Save. See the privacy policy for details.
